Acetaia San Giacomo's main concern is to safeguard the product by guaranteeing its perfect preservation throughout the duration of the journey: for this reason, for the products that require it, we use dry ice and ISOBOX packages in high-density food-grade polystyrene. We create our packages with care.

Acetaia San Giacomo ships its products in Italy and around the world (it does not ship for third parties).
For shipments to Italy, BRT DHL or GLS are used depending on the efficiency and convenience with respect to the delivery area, for international ones, mainly DHL.


Delivery time.
For products available in stock, shipping takes place within 24 hours of ordering ( for orders arriving by midday)

The fresh pasta is produced AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER therefore, apart from certain periods of the year where there is a stock in the company, it is usually shipped 48 hours from the order.

Delivery in Italy generally takes place within 24-48 hours of shipment.


Some delicate goods (for example fresh pasta) are NOT sent on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid them remaining stuck with the courier.

Free packaging and shipping: for all orders exceeding €80.00 to Italy.

The shipments
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.


The delivery day will depend on the destination location and the goods ordered. The Track number will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email so you can track the shipment on the courier's platform.

The goods travel at our risk : in case of damage, however, we ask you to help us improve the service by accepting parcels with reserve.
In order to take full advantage of the 100% satisfaction and refund guarantee, your collaboration is essential: always check at the time of delivery:

a – the presence of all products actually shipped and invoiced;
b – the integrity of the packages.
We do not accept complaints for missing products (compared to what was actually invoiced) or for any breakages if the shipment has not been accepted with reservation.

Delivery and withdrawal
We recommend indicating a delivery address where there is always a person capable of accepting the package and verifying its contents and integrity.

Temperature maintenance
Some products are shipped using dry ice to maintain temperature: cheese, pasta, cured meats.
The temperature is maintained within 72 hours of shipment, it is important to ensure that you receive the goods on the first delivery attempt in order to avoid storing packages in stock. By doing so you will be guaranteed that the organoleptic qualities will be respected.
