We are producers of one of the most maligned products: Balsamic Vinegar. The fact that, SINCE THE BEGINNING, we do not produce the industrial version (which represents approximately 99% of the market) demonstrates that we do not like shortcuts but, on the contrary, we particularly love to complicate our lives.

We try to get as close as possible to the "true" of things, even at the cost of struggling every day on the market.

Being a producer means knowing what the responsibility of producing "food" represents.
